The Adult Dance Collection - Part Two
This collection came about because I wanted to test more of Kenji Utamaro’s tension theories. Ariane Morin had asked me to help with a basic leotard pattern and so I put Kenji’s theories into that to see what would happen ... and that’s where our first design came from. Given we'd recently had requests for more classical style tops on a basic bottom, I created this six leotard collection ... something modular that could also be used with the 8-10% adult dance block if you wanted to use other bottom styles.
Want more? How about three gorgeous skirts!
They are available in my regular women's sizes (underbust 66cm to 100cm, fullest hips 85cm to 121.3cm), in six different pelvic tilt options and six cup sizes (B-G). Each size is an increment of just 2cm to make blending between sizes easier and so you can select a ready to wear scale better suited to your particular market.
They're mostly easy to sew, from beginner to moderate, with the ruffle skirts requirign a bit more experience ... these patterns DO NOT come with assembly instructions beyond the basic pattern notes on each style. We assume you have an understanding of reading patterns and sewing stretch.
This collection is for my regular adult women's size range. It covers ...
- 66cm-100cm under bust
- 60cm-94cm waist
- 85cm-121.3cm fullest hips
There is a more comprehensive size table on every pattern page. These sizes are presented as 18 individual size increments of 2cm each, nested in seperate layers for easy viewing and printing.
They also come in six pelvic tilt options from 15 degrees anterior to 10 degrees posterior and six cup sizes (B to G)
