Blocks (Slopers)
Blocks are the Starting Point from which all Patterns are made.
Everything starts with a block ... being able to manipulate a block means never having to buy a pattern again! We use a block to keep proportion consistent across various sizes each time we make a new design. All big companies have their own preferred set of blocks based around their particular market's measurements. Anyone considering designing patterns or garments for commercial sale must start with a set of standard sized blocks for their particular market.

If you want to design a range of swimwear or dancewear for retail ready-to-wear then you're going to need a set of blocks! These are aimed at anyone from professional designers to beginner pattern makers/students.
My blocks also come with my continuous update policy ... if a block set is revised at any time (there's a dated revision history on each block set) then you can email me with your receipt and request the latest version. This does not apply when I archive and replace a block set as that's a new product.
