Taipan Cheeky Monokini
This cheeky monokini was just something I initially put together for a friend and thought why not put it up in the shop as a quick easy pattern before Christmas! It's a redraft of something I first made in 1998 for a Miss World contestant ... back then it was considered a bit too risque for the competition and was not permitted to walk (we had a back up as we suspected as much) ... nowadays these are commonplace!
They are available in my regular women's sizes (underbust 66cm to 100cm, fullest hips 85cm to 121.3cm), in six different pelvic tilt options and seven cup sizes (AB-G). Each size is an increment of just 2cm to make blending between sizes easier and so you can select a ready to wear scale better suited to your particular market. As well as having a cheeky leg with the built in pre-shear tension to help prevent hungry butt, these also have a convexed centre front seam to help prevent camel toe ... everything is anchored through the crotch so we've done all we can to make that sit perfectly flat and stable!
Tis is a very easy sew, but remember, these patterns DO NOT come with assembly instructions beyond the basic pattern notes on each style. We assume you have an understanding of reading patterns and sewing stretch.
This collection is for my regular adult women's size range. It covers 66cm to 100cm under bust and 85cm to 121.3cm fullest hips. There is a comprehensive size table in the images above and on every pattern page. These sizes are presented as 17 individual size increments of 2cm each, nested in seperate layers for easy viewing and printing.
The bottoms come in 6 pelvic tilt options from 15 degrees anterior to 10 degrees posterior and the tops come in A to G cups ... these can be mixed and matched through the waist and to adjust for length.
