Teens 10% Leotard Block

Teens 10% Leotard Block

If you want to design your own teenage girl's leotards/dancewear then you might experience a sizing gap between the children's blocks and the women's blocks where the girth is longer relatative to chest size than these ... this block set takes that sudden growth into account (height increasing faster than chest and hips develop). Like the children's blocks however we still need the 10% negative ease to hold everything in place where we lack the shape to assist anchoring.

This block set contains 13 separate 2cm increment blocks, from

- chest 62cm to 86cm and is undarted (but ok for small busts)
- hip 68cm to 96cm
- girth 121cm to 145cm

This block set also includes some additional guidelines as separate layers which can be turned on or off. These are not particularly pattern lines but guides to help you get perspective of where they might sit on an elongated block.
